Colorado Basic Literacy Act

The Colorado Basic Literacy Act, mandates that all students will be reading at a third grade level by the end of third grade.  For those students who are unable to read at grade level, an Individual Literacy Plan (ILP) is written which allows teachers, parents, and students to work together on improving literacy.  The following chart shows the ILP status for the past three years.
