NEW STUDENTS

New students will need a user name (an assigned number), a password and a home directory to save their work in. Their account will not permit them to get on the internet until they and their parents have signed the schools’ internet contract which is available in the library. If you have a new student in class without this all setup for them please email DSauer@ccvschools.com and in that email please give the students name, their grade level, and their desired password. Mr. Sauer will set them up and notify you by email when their account is ready to use.

If a student already has an account but forgets their password or they think their password is no longer secret they need to have a new password assigned. There is no record of what student’s passwords are/were. In this case send an email to Dsauer@ccvschools.com requesting a new password be assigned to the student’s account and what that desired password is. Again you’ll be notified when the password has been reset.

If a student has forgotten their username (user number) you can look up their name in the student directory and find their user number. Passwords are not listed. To access the student directory click run and type in this path, \\admin_server\users_staff\Public\DIRECTORY.html or click the Student Directory shortcut on your teacher computer.
